Recreation Centre "Rugodiv" is the centre of Narva amateur creativity and entertainment. In the Recreation Centre there is an auditorium for mass cultural events, concerts and movie screening with 600 seats, a ballroom for 200 persons, and rooms for on-stage performance groups and for carrying out events. Recreation Centre has a total area of 3,631.6 square meters. In the year 2003, all on-stage performance groups of the Narva Centre of Culture were moved to the Recreation Centre "Rugodiv", so it became the only amateur creativity institution in Narva. 17 hobby groups for children, adults and youth, working in the Recreation Centre, deal with approximately 600 people. Each year the Recreation Centre holds approximately 1300 events totaling up to 300 000 visitors.
