AS Astri-Narva is a company based on 100% Estonian capital. AS Astri-Narva has invested 112.7 million kroons into expanding the shopping center. Construction of the movie theater cost 20 million kroons, 6 million of which were spent on equipment. Since 1998 the building of Astri shopping center was reconstructed twice. The architect of the building is ?lo Peil. The general contractor is Linnaehitus AS.
